Welcome to the RBMP Data Download page

Select from the available tabs (Map Download is the default tab) to download information on water bodies with links to the individual water body information sheets.

The information can be exported to either MS-Excel or Comma Separated Value (CSV) file formats by selecting the appropriate options from the Export Options panel which is displayed after the area to download from is specified when using the Map Download option or when the Search button is clicked on from within the Download Using Query tab.

Download Using Map tab To retrieve data, click on the Draw and Extract Data icon Draw and click and drag a diagonal line across the area of interest to create a bounding box on the map. Water body information within the drawn extent would be displayed in a grid below the map. This information can be downloaded to an appropriate file format from the Export Options panel.
Download Using Query tab Water body information can be obtained from one or a combination of two or more values from the available categories. Click Search once the search criterion is formed. The resultant information can be downloaded to an appropriate file format from the Export Options panel.
Export Options PanelClicking on the Export Option panel expands the panel and reveals the data export options available. Select the required export file format and either click the Export Displayed Grid button to export the resultant grid displayed at the bottom of the Export Options panel or Check the required fields within the Export Option panel and click on the Export Checked Fields button to Export the selected/checked fields.

The displayed fields are checked by default; they can all be UNCHECKED (to allow for individual field selection) or CHECKED by clicking on the respective options underneath the Export Checked Fields button.

Welcome/Help Window This welcome or help window can be moved or repositioned by clicking on a blue part in the blue header region and dragging to a desired location. The window can be minimised by clicking on the minimise Minimise icon. The minimised window can still be dragged or repositioned.
The window can be closed by clicking on the close or dismiss Dismiss icon. Clicking on the Help link on the main menu bar displays the welcome or help window again.
